A: Don't worry: your Ciao earnings will stay in your Ciao Account. You will be able to access them for another three months to request a payout at any time.

A: No problem. Just insert your payment details on your Ciao Account, then click here to send us an e-mail requesting the balance of your account. We will send your payment through a manual process.

A: Then your Greenfield Online membership will be optimized, so that you will receive more survey opportunities and improved benefits and services. Greenfield will send you an e-mail in about two weeks confirming the optimization of your Greenfield Account. Beginning in two weeks, you will no longer receive surveys directly from Ciao or be able to access your Ciao profile, since your membership will be transferred entirely to Greenfield. However, you will still be able to access your Ciao earnings page for the next three months to request a payment.

A: The crediting of survey payments sometimes takes several weeks, since we have to wait for all participation to end and the project to close. But there will still be plenty of time for you to request a payout after you are credited. You will be able to login to your payment page to do so for another three months.

A: Now that the two companies have come together, Greenfield panelists will have all the benefits of the Ciao team's expertise.
